Z 14C Series
ZUMMO specializes in making State-of-the-Art commercial Compact automatic squeezer for oranges, lemons, limes, mandarins, grapefruit and pomegranates. ZUMMO Z 14C series models are the most compact, versatile and practical squeezer of the ZUMMO range.
Z 14C is an automatic citrus fruit squeezer designed for the Food Service industry and is recommended for establishments with limited space such as cafés, bars, juice bars, bakeries and other outlets with a more occasional demand for juices. The Z 14C is an extremely robust, high-performance machine.

- Top qualitv flavour and hygiene. The juicing system does not damage the peel and the juice is prevented from coming into contact with it to avoid contamination from acidity or essential oils and resulting in outstanding flavour - as proven by laboratory tests.
- Quick and easy to clean.The straight forward mechanism needs just a few minutes to dismantle, clean and reassemble the parts that oome into contact with the juice.
- Accepts fruit of diameter between 53-90mm (aprox. 1" to 3")
- Includes as standart a second squeezer kit for large fruit. This makes it the only juice machine on the market (along with our Z 06C models, Zummito) capable of handling both small and large fruit.
- Squeezing kit for small fruit: squeezing kit 53-60 mm or 1 " to 2"- 4/12" (optional).
- Z 14C small cups kit (2"- 1/12" to 2"- 4/1/2")

- State-of-the-art digital programmer and meter. Provides information on the operating status of the machine (by digital panel and modem) (*optional)
- Automatic triple-sensor safety protection.
- Equipped with an innovative large capacitv automatic feeder basket (20 lbs)
- Includes two filter options for adjusting pulp quantity to customers' preferences.
- Integrated drip-tray and large capacity peel collector bin built into the machine (capacity of 1,85 gallons or 7 Litres).

- UPPER ROTATING BASKET for fruit storage (20 lbs). Hopper kit available (optional) to increase capacity up to 44 lbs.
- 1,85 gallons optional tank with filter and stirrer.
