GELATOMIX
The Gelatomix module can be integrated into the Platinum decor range for production of soft ice cream and preparation of individual bowls and plates.
Gelatomix turns serving of ice cream into an event. It brings the ice cream master and the client into direct contact. Starting with a serving of ice cream and then decorating it with chopped nuts, fruit, garnishes and sauces it is possible to create an enormous number of elaborate preparations with just a few ice cream flavours, personalising them with style and imagination.
The Gelatomix module comes fitted with a stainless steel work surface equipped with a refrigerated marble slab (incorporating a collection channel around the edge to contain or drain), which is fully insulated to give maximum cooling efficiency with reduced energy consumption.
Next to the refrigerated marble slab are two stainless steel cylinders heated by bain-marie to maintain sauces at the ideal serving temperature.
The area in front of clients displays the Gastronorm tubs containing the decoration items (fresh fruit, candied fruit, granulated toppings, small biscuits,
..).
The rear part of the cabinet is equipped with a removable utensil holder and a spatula washer complete with spray device to facilitate cleaning of the work area, thereby guaranteeing the utmost in hygiene.
The visual variety of the Platinum Range and the optional addition of a multiplex system in all modules ensures perfect integration of Gelatomix with our ice cream scooping cabinets and creates a professional and original work space for inventing soft ice cream concoctions without interfering with the overall décor.
