ISA ZERO BLAST CHILLER and SHOCK FREEZER line with Ventilated Refrigeration, finned evaporator and fans mounted vertically along the internal back. It can be set for holding Gastronomy trays (mm 530x650) and pastry trays (mm 600x400).
