Taylor Ultimate Services Company (previously known as Edwards Equipment Company) was founded by Mr. Ed Edwards. The company originally started in the state of Florida as the sole Taylor Distributor in Sarasota Florida.

The Company quickly moved the home office to Fort Lauderdale which operated as Edwards Equipment Company for over 30 years.

Mr. Edwards remained the leader in the industry being the first distributor to work with the founders of a new company in providing an automatic milkshake dispensing machine for their fast-food restaurant. That company is known today as Burger King.

Mr. Edwards sold the company in 1988 which continued to operate under the company name of Edwards Equipment Company for a period of ten years. In 1998 Mr. Piedra acquired 100% ownership and renamed the company Taylor Ultimate Services Company (Taylor U.S.).  
 
Taylor U.S. continues today as the distributor of Taylor Freezer equipment as well as Nieco Conveyor Broilers, Flavor Burst flavor injection systems, Perfect Fry hoodless fryers and a variety of other merchandise and products.

Taylor U.S. also continues to provide full Parts and Service throughout South Florida and Caribbean.

Currently Taylor U.S. provides equipment, parts and service to most of the National Accounts such as McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy’s, Arby’s, Dunkin Donuts, Chili’s as well as independent Restauranteurs/Entrepreneurs in the Food Service industry. We can provide same-day shipment on stocked parts orders placed by 4:00 p.m. Monday-Friday as well as 24 hour service assistance.
